Refund Requests

We accept refund requests within 3 days of purchase only.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns on orders once delivered. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we will take care of everything for you.

Just send us:

  • A photo of the product (unused and in its original condition)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Order Mistakes or Issues

If we made an error with your order — the wrong product, missing item, etc. — please let us know right away through WhatsApp or email, and we’ll make it right immediately.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, refunds, or returns outside our local delivery zones.
