How long will it take for my nails to recover?
Every nail journey is different. Most post-fake-nail recovery journeys we've documented take around 6–12 weeks, depending on the starting condition, nail history and consistency. Some customers notice visible changes earlier, while more significant damage may require longer as healthier-looking nail grows out.

Exactly how do I use the Nail Recovery Ritual™?
L'Antidote™ 3 times daily — morning, afternoon and night. Apply Le Baume™ every night after L'Antidote™. Less than 5 minutes total per day.
Can I start immediately after removing gel or acrylics?
Yes. The ritual was created for natural nails left weak, thin, peeling or damaged-looking after enhancement removal. If the skin or nail is injured, painful, inflamed or showing signs of infection, seek appropriate medical advice before beginning a cosmetic nail-care routine.
Do I need to keep my nails bare during the 12 weeks?
For significantly damaged nails, we recommend taking a break from gel, acrylics and extensions during your recovery journey. This gives you consistent access to the natural nail so you can follow the ritual, observe its progress and avoid repeatedly covering the damage you're trying to care for.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
After your 12-week recovery ritual, assess your progress. Depending on the condition of your nails, you can either continue your recovery routine or transition into Maintenance with a reduced application frequency.
