How many times per day should it be used?

During the first 90 days (Recovery Phase), apply 2–3 times per day. Morning. Afternoon. Night. Consistency is non-negotiable. After the 90-day phase, move to Maintenance: Apply once nightly to protect results. More frequent use is safe if desired.

In which order should the products be applied?

1) Apply the oil first. Massage deeply into the nail matrix and nail bed.
2) Immediately apply the balm to seal and protect.

Oil restores. Balm seals. Avoid water contact for at least one hour after application.

Can it be used while wearing artificial nails?

Some women apply it underneath artificial layers to reduce severity of damage. However, full regeneration requires bare nails. For best results, remove artificial systems completely before beginning the 90-Day Recovery.

Can it be used with nail polish?

Bare nails are ideal during recovery. Polish may slow visible progress. The system works best without artificial coverage.

When can results be expected?

Results vary depending on severity and consistency. Some women notice improvement within two weeks. Full regeneration takes up to 90 days, as the nail must grow from the matrix. Progress is gradual. Transformation is biological.

What happens if I miss a day?

Consistency over intensity. Missing one day will not reverse progress. Repeated inconsistency will slow results. The system works when followed.

What if I followed the system for 90 days and saw no results?

The SelfLeuv system supports biological regeneration.In most cases, visible improvement occurs when the protocol is followed consistently. However, nail health can be influenced by internal factors such as hormonal imbalances, severe infections, thyroid conditions, nutritional deficiencies, or other medical concerns.

In rare cases, these factors may limit visible progress. If strict consistency is followed and no improvement is seen, contact us. The situation will be reviewed and guidance provided. The system supports regeneration. It cannot override underlying medical conditions.

How long does one set last?

When used 2–3 times daily, one set typically lasts up to 50 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, SelfLeuv is available within Lebanon. International expansion is in development.

What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

If you have known sensitivities, contact us before use. Every case is reviewed individually.

What if I’m unsure which product is right for me?

Send clear photos of your nails and a voice note explaining what are the common problems you've been facing. Guidance will be provided based on your specific condition.

Do I need to keep using it after my nails have healed?

Yes, but not in the same way. Once full regeneration has occurred and the 90-day phase is complete, you move into Maintenance Mode. Apply once nightly to preserve strength and flexibility.

Is this a medical treatment?

Yes. The SelfLeuv system is not only for post-artificial damage. It is designed to support nail strength, flexibility, and long-term matrix health. Healthy nails still grow daily.
