How to Use

1. Soak hands or feet in lukewarm water for 5 minutes

2. Gently dry with a soft towel — no rubbing

3. Use the nail file to smooth rough edges or dry patches on and around the nail

4. Use the cuticle tool carefully to remove dead skin or buildup without pressure

5. Apply the nourishing oil to nails, cuticles, and any irritated or dry areas — morning, afternoon and night

6. Wait 5 seconds, then apply the barrier-repair cream

7. Allow full absorption before putting on gloves, socks, or shoes

8. Avoid harsh soaps or products during flare-ups
